Like stated on the home page, the 62 marketplace apps are no longer available. However, there is an alternative of some sort. All Zunes support XNA homebrew apps. This means that with Visual Studio, XNA Framework and a Zune, you can code and make your own apps for your Zune. Several people have done this and their are a lot of games made for all three generations of the Zune. The most popular site for hosting these games would be ZuneBoards.com. Some of my personal favorites are Tank Skirmish, Tank Arcade, A Beanstalk Tale, and Tilt.
If you are familiar with the iOS/Android/Windows Phone games Flow and 2048 (which is also compatible with the v1 and v2 Zunes), I have actually made Zune HD versions:

RPG
I've been working on a rather ambitious project for a while now, and it's supposed to be some kind of SNES-era JRPG. I'm really happy with the current gameplay and I think the mechanics are working out really well. It's definitely a work in progress and I have no screenshots but please give it a try!
- There are no battle mechanics just yet.
- There is no sound.
- The map button does not do anything right now.
- Any stats that are there right now (besides the step count) are just for testing and can't update at all.
- The character sprites are from an SNES remake of Dragon Quest II.
- The background is the city of Albrook from Final Fantasy VI.

If you have any comments and suggestions for these games, please visit the Zune Boards thread for them and leave a reply. Thank you for your support. Also, if you don't know how to put XNA games on your Zune, ZuneBoards will show you how. I do NOT own these games, and I do NOT have any licenses for them. They are free.
